The Cabarlah Golf Club is situated on the New England Highway at Cabarlah on the Borneo Barracks Army Base, 15 Klm. north of the Toowoomba CBD on the beautiful Darling Downs.

The Course comprises of 10 greens and 18 tees to form an interesting and challenging 5886 metre Par 71 layout. The greens are 007 bent grass and are among the finest on the Downs.

The area has many Tourist attractions, Motel Accommodation is available at Highfields as well as Crows Nest, as well as first class Hotels for meals and gaming.

​

Around the course is a high development growth area, with nearby suburbs, Highfields, Kleinton, and Cabarlah becoming increasingly popular.

Cabarlah Golf Club hosts Men and Womens Club, Social, Junior and Corporate events throughout the year. The Course is open to the Public for Social play, and visitors are welcome daily, with some restrictions during Competitions.

All visitors are required to sign in at the front gate, and have a Government issue photo I.D. eg. Drivers Licence. This process only takes a few minutes. Visitors are also required to be familiar with the Borneo Barracks Base Induction information which is available on this page. Please watch this induction before entering the Base. This information is also provided by signage and alike around the golf clubhouse.

The Pro-Shop is open 5 days a week, Wednesday to Sunday with the PGA Club Professional Grant Harriman providing Hire equipment, balls & accessories for Social Players. Grant is an experienced Coach, and provides lessons, sales and custom fitting for all Members & visiting golfers.

Food and refreshments are available at the Clubhouse on Mondays and Wednesdays and the weekends, with snack food and drinks being available in the Pro-Shop throughout the week.
